Letter of Intent Signed with ASTOR

We signed a letter of intent with ASTOR – Technology meets People, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership focused on advanced automation solutions.

The agreement combines ASTOR’s expertise in robotics and digitalization with Nextomation’s experience in automated assembly lines, creating a strong foundation for joint development of innovative industrial projects. The document was signed by Grzegorz Szydełko, CEO of Nextomation, and Jarosław Gracel, CEO of ASTOR, at the ASTOR Robotics Center.

This partnership opens the door to new initiatives addressing complex technological challenges and supporting the future development of industrial automation.
