Key Account Manager

Place of work: Skawina

Join us and start working as part of a team that designs, builds and deploys state-of-the-art production lines and testers for customers around the world. You will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for developing customer relationships and executing the sales strategy.

Your interpersonal and negotiating skills and expertise will contribute to winning new projects and further business development.

Responsibilities:

Selling the company’s portfolio in selected segments on the Polish and European market
Establishing and building relationships with existing and new customers in Poland
Conducting sales negotiations and managing sales projects
Analyzing technical and commercial documentation provided by the customer
Collaborating with the Concepts and Technology department in the development of concepts assembly lines and testers
Establishing technical parameters of processes and products with customers and suppliers
Preparing commercial offers
Conducting sales presentations and offers in accordance with customer needs and company standards
Representing the company at trade fairs and industry conferences
Close cooperation with other company departments in the implementation of projects

Requirements:

Min. 5 years’ experience in sales in the Polish and European market
Higher technical education (automation and robotics, mechanics and machine construction, process engineering or related)
Knowledge of mechanical engineering, processes and concepts in assembly lines (both semi-automatic and fully automated)
Very good knowledge of English (min. C1)
Self-reliance and ability to build long-term business relationships
Analytical skills and ability to conduct business discussions with technical customers
Ability to communicate and persuade effectively
Proactive approach and goal-oriented
Excellent negotiation and sales skills
Driving license cat B and willingness to travel frequently (approx. 70% of working time)

Nice to have:

Knowledge of German
Knowledge of design issues
