Business Development Manager

Place of work: Skawina

Join us and start working in a team that designs, builds and implements state-of-the-art production lines and testers for customers around the world. You will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for developing customer relationships and executing the sales strategy in the electronics area.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop sales of the company’s solutions for automation and testing of electronics assembly processes in the Polish and European markets
  • Identifying new business opportunities in the electronics industry (EMS, automotive electronics, electronics industry)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and technology partners
  • Conducting sales negotiations and managing sales projects in the electronics area
  • Analyzing technical documentation (schematics, PCB layouts, test requirements) and design assumptions provided by the customer
  • Collaborate with the Concepts and Technology department in developing solutions for electronics assembly and testing
  • Establish technical parameters for equipment and assembly and test processes with customers and suppliers
  • Preparation of technical and commercial offers tailored to the specifics of the electronics industry
  • Presenting solutions and offers during meetings with customers and industry events
  • Representing the company at trade shows and conferences related to electronics and automation
  • Working closely with other departments (engineering, design, manufacturing) to implement projects according to customer requirements
  • Creating a portfolio of solutions for the customer in the electronics area and building a value proposition

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales of technical solutions for the electronics industry
  • Higher technical education (electronics, automation and robotics, manufacturing engineering, mechatronics or related)
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing (SMT/THT assembly, ICT/FCT testing, traceability, ESD)
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. C1) – prerequisite
  • Experience in conducting technical-commercial discussions and working with industrial customers
  • Ability to understand and analyze technical documentation (schematics, BOM, functional requirements)
  • High interpersonal skills and relationship building based on trust and technical knowledge
  • Self-motivated, proactive and focused on achieving sales targets
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 70% of working time)
  • Cat B driving license

 

    Nice to have:
