Spare Parts Sales Specialist

Join us and start working with a team that designs, builds, and implements state-of-the-art production lines and testers for customers around the world. We are looking for someone to strengthen the Service Department in the area of spare parts sales and after-sales customer service, both during the warranty and post-warranty periods, focusing on spare parts sales, ensuring supply continuity, and supporting sales and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities:

Actively selling spare parts to the company’s customers in collaboration with the Service & After Sales Account Manager and the Sales Department
Preparing commercial offers and processing orders for spare parts
Overseeing the entire spare parts sales process for existing customers—from inquiry to delivery
Seeking new suppliers and developing cooperation with current partners
Conducting commercial negotiations with suppliers
Ensuring supply chain continuity and timely order fulfillment
Handling and overseeing the complaint process regarding spare parts
Supporting the purchasing team with project-based orders
Ongoing collaboration with other departments within the organization and internal clients
Ensuring proper maintenance of commercial and sales documentation

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or working in a technical/service environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation, analytical thinking, and planning skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team
Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of ERP systems (MS Dynamics)
Fluency in spoken and written English (min. B1)
