Responsibilities:
- Creating technical concepts in accordance with customer specifications
- Designing new workstations and modifying existing ones
- Verifying and approving technical documentation of the design team
- Selecting commercial components, construction materials, and processing technologies (including thermal and chemical)
- Managing projects in accordance with the schedule and budget
- Conducting FMEA analyses, risk analyses, and supervising the creation of pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams
- Participating in the assembly, testing, and commissioning of machines, and supporting the team in solving technical problems
- Coordinating the work of the design team within the framework of ongoing projects and providing technical supervision in a given area of responsibility
- Direct contact with the customer
- Ensuring that projects comply with applicable technical standards and norms
- Co-creating and updating workstation manuals and project documentation
- Improving design processes using the Siemens Teamcenter system
- Independence, good organization of own and team work
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (Mechanics and Machine Construction or related)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of technical drawing
- Very good knowledge of mechanics and machine construction, pneumatics, materials science, and machining
- Good command of Solid Works and Autocad
- Knowledge of risk analysis methods – MSA, FMEA
- Ability to work on projects and independently plan and coordinate tasks
- Ability to manage a project team
- High level of communication skills
- Knowledge of English allowing for fluent communication
