Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of project documentation; verification of technical, functional, and financial aspects
  • Support, management, and coordination of the project team within the scope of the project
  • Preparation and ongoing oversight of the project budget and schedule
  • Coordination of tasks within the project, in accordance with the company’s methodology
    and policies
  • Ensuring quality communication within the project, resolving problems and conflicts
  • Client care: ongoing communication, handling technical and formal arrangements, and building good, long-term relationships
  • Responsibility for upselling activities within the project with support from the Sales Department
  • Ongoing reporting on project progress, organizing meetings, as well as formally closing the project and providing a summary
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in project management in the automotive industry
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, automation, robotics, project management, or a related field
  • Experience managing a team of specialists
  • Knowledge of project management methods according to IPMA/PMI standards; certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of production process automation
  • Independence, strong organizational skills for both individual and team work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and the project team
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects/processes simultaneously and manage priorities
  • Ability to manage change, escalation, and risk
  • Proficiency in English sufficient to comfortably execute technical projects for international clients
