In this position, you will be a key link between technology, sales, and project implementation—from analyzing customer inquiries to handing over concepts for execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of requests for proposals and technical documentation in terms of technological feasibility
  • Development of production line and process concepts, including layouts and technical specifications
  • Identifying technical risks and preparing cycle time analyses
  • Obtaining and analyzing offers for key equipment and assessing their suitability for the designed solutions
  • Verifying, testing, and selecting the technologies necessary to implement the processes
  • Presenting technical concepts to customers and agreeing on design requirements
  • Market analysis in terms of costs and prices and preparation of budget calculations
  • Close cooperation with the sales department and transfer of developed concepts to the implementation department
  • Cooperation with technology suppliers and monitoring of industry trends and innovations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (Product Manager, Process Engineer, Senior Mechanical Designer, or related)
  • Higher technical education (preferred: Mechanical Engineering and Machine Construction or related fields)
  • Ability to read technical documentation and work in a 2D (DraftSight) and 3D (SolidWorks) environment
  • Knowledge of process engineering and assembly line design principles
  • Very good technical communication and presentation skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Market awareness in terms of costs and prices
  • Independence in decision-making and responsibility for proposed solutions
  • Basic knowledge of Industrial Automation issues
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level

  • Experience in working with Teamcenter and FlexSim systems
