Standard Service Operations
(Poland and abroad – short-term assignments)
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting machine and automated production line failures at customer sites
- Conducting periodic inspections and preventive maintenance at customer sites
- Machine upgrades and modifications (at customer sites and at the company’s headquarters)
- Participation in the commissioning of machines and production lines (FAT/SAT)
- Analysis of alarms and basic diagnostics of PLC controllers
- Installation and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
- Preparation of service reports and technical documentation
On-site service at a customer location in Germany
(assignments lasting several weeks)
- Work in a permanent service/technical on-call mode
- Ongoing production support and rapid response to breakdowns
- Monitoring the proper operation of machines and production lines
- Performing adjustments, minor improvements, and modifications
- Collaboration with the client’s team and the service team in Poland
- Reporting on completed work and submitting technical recommendations
- Technical education (at least a high school diploma) in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, or a related field
- Experience in servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading production machinery or equipment
- Basic ability to diagnose PLC controllers
- Ability to read technical documentation (electrical and pneumatic schematics, technical drawings)
- Knowledge of basic mechanical tools and measuring instruments
- Current SEP E1 certification up to 1 kV
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for work, including short-term trips (standard service mode) and several-week-long assignments to Germany (on-site customer service)
- Independence, responsibility, and good work organization
Nice to have:
- Experience in the automotive industry and/or in maintenance
- Experience in on-site service at the customer’s location
- Communicative proficiency in English or German in a technical context
- Experience working in a continuous production environment
- Stable employment based on a full-time employment contract (temporary replacement contract)
