Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of mechanics and electricians, coordinating their work within the scope of ongoing projects, and supporting the team in solving current technical problems
  • Participating in resource planning and co-creating assembly schedules
  • Assembling industrial machines and equipment in accordance with technical documentation in the electrical and/or mechanical field
  • Participating in the optimization of assembly processes.
  • Organizing and supervising the quality, correctness, and timeliness of assembly work
  • Work related to the commissioning of machines and lines at both locations and at the customer’s site
  • Close cooperation with other members of the project team and the assembly department manager, and replacing him/her during his/her absence
Requirements:
  • Experience in assembling industrial machines and equipment and practical knowledge of assembly processes
  • Experience in managing a technical team (mechanics, electricians, or related)
  • Technical education—preferably in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, automation, or related fields
  • Very good knowledge of technical drawing and assembly documentation
  • Ability to work with assembly tools and solve technical problems
  • Ability to plan and organize your own work and that of the team
  • Communication skills, responsibility, high personal culture, and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Category B driver’s license

Nice to have:

  • knowledge of English
  • basic knowledge of CAD software
