Responsibilities:

Managing a team of mechanics and electricians, coordinating their work within the scope of ongoing projects, and supporting the team in solving current technical problems
Participating in resource planning and co-creating assembly schedules
Assembling industrial machines and equipment in accordance with technical documentation in the electrical and/or mechanical field
Participating in the optimization of assembly processes.
Organizing and supervising the quality, correctness, and timeliness of assembly work
Work related to the commissioning of machines and lines at both locations and at the customer’s site
Close cooperation with other members of the project team and the assembly department manager, and replacing him/her during his/her absence

Requirements:

Experience in assembling industrial machines and equipment and practical knowledge of assembly processes
Experience in managing a technical team (mechanics, electricians, or related)
Technical education—preferably in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, automation, or related fields
Very good knowledge of technical drawing and assembly documentation
Ability to work with assembly tools and solve technical problems
Ability to plan and organize your own work and that of the team
Communication skills, responsibility, high personal culture, and a proactive approach to tasks
Category B driver’s license

Nice to have:

knowledge of English
basic knowledge of CAD software
