Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of mechanics and electricians, coordinating their work within the scope of ongoing projects, and supporting the team in solving current technical problems
- Participating in resource planning and co-creating assembly schedules
- Assembling industrial machines and equipment in accordance with technical documentation in the electrical and/or mechanical field
- Participating in the optimization of assembly processes.
- Organizing and supervising the quality, correctness, and timeliness of assembly work
- Work related to the commissioning of machines and lines at both locations and at the customer’s site
- Close cooperation with other members of the project team and the assembly department manager, and replacing him/her during his/her absence
Requirements:
- Experience in assembling industrial machines and equipment and practical knowledge of assembly processes
- Experience in managing a technical team (mechanics, electricians, or related)
- Technical education—preferably in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, automation, or related fields
- Very good knowledge of technical drawing and assembly documentation
- Ability to work with assembly tools and solve technical problems
- Ability to plan and organize your own work and that of the team
- Communication skills, responsibility, high personal culture, and a proactive approach to tasks
- Category B driver’s license
Nice to have:
- knowledge of English
- basic knowledge of CAD software
