Responsibilities:
  • Preparing commercial offers based on provided data
  • Processing customer orders and preparing order confirmations
  • Processing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and commercial contracts
  • Coordinating the sales team’s work by ensuring data in the sales pipeline is up to date and tasks are completed on time
  • Supporting the management of marketing and sales leads and building a database of potential customers
  • Performing tasks in the CRM system: creating customer records, entering project numbers, and other tasks
  • Supporting prospecting activities and contacts with new customers in the early stages of the sales process
  • Collaborating with internal departments, including operations, service, and others to ensure smooth project execution and quote processing
  • Collaborating with the Controlling Department to ensure data quality in CRM and monthly sales reports, including communication and coordination with KAMs
  • Supporting the Sales Manager and KAMs in identifying areas for improvement through an understanding of sales metrics (KPIs) and the ability to communicate them clearly – supporting the sales team in achieving strategic sales goals and annual budget targets

 

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience working with a CRM system or other similar tool
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work efficiently with data and prepare reports
  • High accuracy and attention to data quality and consistency
  • Knowledge of sales processes (opportunity → quote → order → revenue), basic sales KPIs, and the principles and importance of sales forecasting
  • English proficiency enabling fluent communication
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team, even under time pressure
  • Openness to change and a desire for continuous development and acquiring new skills
